We had a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair that was in very good condition with the exception of the cushions. Steve guided us through the selection process of a replacement material and we chose a tapestry material from his enormous selection. I took the cushions in on a Monday, and on Thursday of the same week, Steve called to say they were ready. He was right that the tapestry and leather would look great together. He even made it so we could reverse the cushions, which we could not do before. Our furniture set is like brand new and we are very happy. Like others, we are customers for life.
